Maureen has over 30 years of experience instructing in the fitness arena, and began her Yoga practice in her Midwestern hometown nearly 10 years ago. Now happily living and practicing in Southern California, she received her Yoga teacher certification through Cloud Nine Yoga, and is registered with Yoga Alliance.
