Keidser was last seen leaving his Redondo Beach home on January 23 with his sister's small dog named Frankie, his brother Mark Keidser told Patch.
"He's been struggling with delusional thoughts, and maybe thinks people are out to get him," Mark said. "We are so worried."
Keidser is 6' tall, 180 pounds with blue eyes and thin, short hair, his brother said. He works as a dog walker and pet sitter, and was watching his sister's dogs at the time he went missing. Keidser took one of the dogs with him before he disappeared from his studio on Avenue C in Redondo Beach, Mark said.
"Jeff is still out there somewhere, so we’re still looking for him and Frankie the dog," Mark told Patch.
Keidser was last seen wearing a T-shirt, sweats and sandals, a Redondo Beach Police Department press release said.
Keidser's family asked the public to use the hashtag #HaveYouSeenJeffKeidser on social media to help spread the word about Keidser's disappearance.
