Precision Athletics Fencing Club is a premier fencing training center based in the South Bay, dedicated to developing athletes of all ages and experience levels. Our mission is to build confident, disciplined, and high-performing individuals through the Olympic sport of fencing in a positive and structured environment. We offer programs for youth beginners, intermediate and advanced competitive fencers, and adult recreational athletes. Students learn proper technique, footwork, tactics, and mental focus while building athleticism, resilience, and sportsmanship. Our progressive training system allows each athlete to develop at their own pace, whether their goal is recreational fitness, local competition, or national and international success. Precision Athletics has produced nationally ranked athletes, USA Fencing medalists, and competitors who have represented their countries at international events. Our coaching staff brings high-level competitive and international coaching experience, providing athletes with professional guidance and proven training methods. Beyond athletic development, we emphasize character, discipline, and personal growth. Keep Breathing Yoga offers year-round outdoor classes on the sand at Knob Hill in Redondo Beach, California. Since 2012, Kerri Sheybani has welcomed students of all levels to practice yoga with the Pacific Ocean as their backdrop. Kerri is a Registered Yoga Teacher affiliated with Cloud Nine Yoga. Her Hatha flow classes combine breath and movement to build strength, balance, focus and mindfulness, while the sand adds a natural challenge to the practice. In addition to beach classes, Keep Breathing Yoga hosts yoga retreats in locations such as Ojai and Murrieta. Classes offer a supportive, community-focused environment where students can move, breathe and reconnect. Registration and payment are processed through the City of Redondo Beach.
