Pier Fishing Areas Reopen In Redondo Beach
Thunderstorms in the area forced the closure of the pier early Thursday, officials said.
REDONDO BEACH, CA – The Redondo Beach Pier Areas were reopened Thursday at 3 p.m. after closing due to thunderstorms in the area, officials said. The Redondo Beach Fire Department and Public Works were on scene to reopen the area.
While it was closed, patrons were still able to visit the shops and restaurants on the pier.
