Teen Charged In Shooting Murder Of His Dad In Redondo Beach
A preliminary investigation determined that during a family dispute, the 19-year-old allegedly shot his father with a shotgun, police said.

REDONDO BEACH, CA – A teenager accused of shooting his father to death in Redondo Beach was charged Wednesday with murder. Vincent Maxwell Finocchio is set to be arraigned June 29 at the Torrance courthouse in connection with the Sunday night killing of Frank Finocchio Jr.
The murder charge includes allegations that the defendant personally and intentionally discharged a shotgun in the commission of the crime, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
Finocchio Jr., 46, died at the scene of the shooting, which occurred about 8:25 p.m. at a home in the 2800 block of Fisk Lane.

"A preliminary investigation determined that during a family dispute, the victim's 19-year-old son armed himself with a weapon and shot the victim," said Redondo Beach police Sgt. Michael Martinez.
Vincent Finocchio was arrested that night and has remained behind bars since then, according to jail records.
