A youth summer camp that boosts creative writing skills with mind-stimulating activities, games, and workshops

Join Beth Harrison of Peninsula Writing & Literature Programs for Session 5 of our 11th Annual Summer Camp from Monday, July 6th to Friday, July 10th

Youth campers learn about writing techniques and develop their own creative projects in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Each day’s workshop includes writing instruction, writing games designed to help participants develop ideas, time to write and revise, and a snack/break time (snack is provided).

  • Learn about and observe constellations and planets.
  • Create your own constellation myth or space adventure story.
  • Explore syllabic and free verse poetry to express ideas about the stars and planets.

Half-Day Enrollment Available
Morning Workshops: 9am - noon
Afternoon Workshops: 1 - 4pm
