Prosecutors said the abuse of the three victims occurred between 2012 and 2021.

Two of the victims are sisters whose family had allowed Perez-Juarez to live with them, prosecutors said.

He later moved to another residence, where he abused a third child, according to the district attorney's office.

Sentencing is scheduled for July 13.

Perez-Juarez remains in custody with no bail.
