Make a little history and a little holiday magic this December at the San Mateo County History Museum.

At 11 am preschoolers are invited to discover how one family celebrates Christmas in the Land of Opportunity: The Immigrant Experience Gallery. At 2 pm, adults can join Museum docents for a guided tour and discover the fascinating stories, people and innovations that have shaped the Peninsula.

There’s even more to explore! The Museum’s new expansion is now open to the public, featuring the Taube Family Carriage House and Automobile Gallery, the Lora Mundi House, and the H.E.R.O. Natural History Gallery. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover these exciting new spaces while enjoying a day of history and holiday fun.
