DUI Suspect Caught In Peninsula

The CHP said the collision was reported just after 12:45 a.m.

REDWOOD CITY, CA -- At least one person was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after a vehicle collided with a Redwood City police patrol vehicle early this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP said the collision was reported just after 12:45 a.m., after Redwood City police requested CHP to arrive on the scene of the collision with a two-door Toyota vehicle.

According to the CHP, the suspect was transported to the San Mateo County Jail.
