Verde Talk - Green Homes for All Ages

Today's homeowners are remaining in their existing homes longer than in the past. With this "aging in place" phenomenon, accessibility issues will become more important in home design. Additionaly, the "sandwich" generation (aged 30 to 45) who have young children and aging parents will need to modify their homes to meet these dual needs.

Iris Harrell will share design ideas on how to convert existing homes to healthier, barrier free, energy efficient and lower maintenance ones. Join us for a thought- provoking discussion!
