I am a casting agent, and we have a shooting in Redwood City and are in need of some extras. 

The following is the PERSONA (this is NOT exactly what we're looking for, but rather the CHARACTERISTICS of the person we'd like to exemplify):
- Male in late 30s early 40s 
- Established career 
- Fit
- Good looking (but not too model'ish) 
- Looks like the average Joe in the Bay
- Would be one to own a pool
- Father of 1 - 2 kids
