Father Arrested For Kidnapping His 4-Year-Old Child: Sheriff's Office
Marco Misael Antonio Perezreyes, 25, was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping, child endangerment, false imprisonment and other charges.

REDWOOD CITY, CA — A man was arrested for kidnapping his daughter over the weekend in San Mateo County, authorities said.
Shortly before 4 p.m. on Saturday, the Atherton Police Department requested assistance with a vehicle pursuit, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office.
While responding to assist, deputies were flagged down by a woman outside of the North Fair Oaks substation in Redwood City, according to the sheriff's office. She said her 4-year-old daughter had just been kidnapped by the child's father following an argument. He was last seen with the child leaving the Budget Inn located in the 2500 block of El Camino Real.

Deputies learned the description of the suspect's vehicle matched the vehicle from the Atherton pursuit. Police officers and sheriff’s deputies pursued the vehicle on El Camino Real until the suspect stopped back in the parking lot of the Budget Inn, the sheriff's office said.
The man was taken into custody a short time later without incident. The child, who was not hurt, was reunited with her mother, the sheriff's office said.

The suspect, Marco Misael Antonio Perezreyes, 25, of Pacoima was arrested and booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility on suspicion of kidnapping, child endangerment, false imprisonment, threatening crime with intent to terrorize, and reckless evading, according to the sheriff's office.
