Firefighters To Parade Up Peninsula In Annual Burn Relay

BAY AREA, CA — Firefighters will parade up the Peninsula on Thursday in antique and modern emergency vehicles for the annual Peninsula Firefighters Burn Relay, benefiting the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation.

The parade will begin in Mountain View and end in San Francisco. Along the relay route, fire crews will collect donations raised by various agencies through community events, and will present the funds to the burn foundation: a nonprofit dedicated to helping those affected by burn injuries.
