NORTH FAIR OAKS, CA. — A former North Fair Oaks charter school employee was arrested for having sexual relationships with two students who were minors, the San Mateo County Sheriff’s office announced Monday.
Anthony G. GutierrezMolina, 31, of Palo Alto, was arrested Thursday after an outside agency located him in Ladera, police said. He was booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility and faces charges of unlawful sexual intercourse and oral copulation of a person under 18, police said.
GutierrezMolina previously worked as a coach and program manager for Summit Everest, a public charter high school in North Fair Oaks that closed in 2025. Police said they don’t believe he has been working as an educator since the school’s closure.
