The SBSA pipeline project will be not be working Saturday, December 14 as initially announced because it is unnecessary.

 The contractor plans to take a work break from December 23 to January 3.

Maple Street

  • There will be an approximately eight hour waterline shutdown on Maple Street on December 17-18, from 11 p.m. (Dec. 17) to 7 a.m. (Dec. 18). The shutdown is to accommodate necessary project work and is unavoidable. The affected parties extend from the Sheriff's Work Furlough/Shelter Network facilities to the Bay Area Aquatic Center, including the Redwood City Police Station and Docktown.
  • Construction of   a sanitary sewer shoring system in the vicinity of the Redwood City Pump Station across from Sheriff's Work Furlough/Shelter network facilities, initially scheduled to start its first period from December 13 to December 20, has been rescheduled for early January, 2014.  We will keep you posted.
  • The Maple Street crew is planning on taking the same break as the Bair Island crew – December 23 to January 3.
