Intuitive Movement workshop at the Center for Spiritual Living Peninsula
This is an invitation to stir the flow of your soul! Join Chrystal Corral on this guided journey through movement into being-ness.
Let’s celebrate these magnificent vehicles we steer through life with Intuitive Movement. All too often our heads are immersed in a whirlwind of thought, leaving behind the importance of being in our own bodies.
This workshop will use music, guided meditation and the power centers or chakras as a tool to move into being-ness. We start with grounding, then imagine each color as a musical ball of light and dance with the intention of each of these energy centers. Once the guided journey is complete we will share our old and new stories about ourselves through movement.
