Just one more day! Help homeless animals on May 5. Donate at: EASTBAYGIVES.ORG.

TRI-VALLEY ANIMAL RESCUE will be participating in EAST BAY GIVES 2015, an online day of giving to nonprofits in the East Bay.

DONATE TO HELP HOMELESS ANIMALS like Toto. He was picked up on the streets near Hayward, abandoned by the very people who had mistreated him. A few dedicated shelter staff and TVAR volunteers made it their mission to make sure Toto would never have to live in fear again.

The shelter staff slowly built his confidence, then once Toto began to trust TVAR volunteers, he came down with kennel cough. Not giving up on this spunky, little guy, a temporary TVAR foster volunteer stepped in to get him well enough to go to a permanent foster home. While in foster care, Toto would throw his head back and howl for attention. And he now loves cuddles and belly rubs especially!

Because of the generosity, patience and support of people like you, Toto is now happily adopted and in his new home.
