Missing 11-Year-Old Boy Found Safe In Redwood City: Police

Police sent out an alert 4:20 p.m.

REDWOOD CITY, CA — An 11-year-old boy who was reported missing Tuesday in Redwood City has been located safely, according to the Redwood City Police Department.

Carmine Uruyo, 11, was found in San Carlos with his father after the RCPD had sought the public's assistance in locating him, police said.

RCPD issued an alert earlier today stating Uruyo was last seen at around 3:30 p.m. near the Target located at 2485 El Camino Real.

Police said he was described as 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighing about 90 pounds, with brown hair. He was wearing a collared camouflage shirt, blue shorts, and black and green shoes, police said.
