Missing Man With Medical Conditions Last Seen Disoriented In Redwood City: Police

REDWOOD CITY, CA — Police are asking for the public's help locating a missing 31-year-old man who was last seen Wednesday morning appearing disoriented in a residential Redwood City neighborhood, police said.

Police described Jose Flores as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen around 10 a.m. in the 1100 block of Virginia Avenue wearing an orange long-sleeve shirt with a "JDP" logo, an orange vest and blue jeans.

Flores has preexisting medical conditions, and police said he left the area in a disoriented state.
