Mayor's Beautification Awards

Nominations are now being accepted for the new Mayor's Beautification Awards! The new program seeks to encourage civic pride and acknowledge property owners who make Redwood City a more beautiful place to live! This initiative is being sponsored by Redwood City's Pride and Beautification Committee.

Hudson Street Bicycle & Pedestrian Improvement Project

The Hudson Street Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvement Project continues with the replacement of curb ramps, underground utility work, and more along Hudson Street. Construction of a new traffic circle at the intersection of Hudson and Madison Avenue began this week and will continue for two weeks. Please use caution when driving through this area.

Benefits of a new traffic circle include reduced motorist speed and increased safety for those driving, walking and biking through the area. For more information about this project go here.
