REAL-TIME ELECTION RESULTS: San Mateo County's Nov. 2017 Races

SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — It's here. Election Day 2017. Now, it might not be a nail-biter presidential election to watch for, but there are still a few important races happening on the Peninsula. Tuesday is a consolidated municipal, school and special district election in San Mateo County so plenty of eyes will be on these local races.

If you're looking for results, you've come to the right place. The county will begin releasing results just minutes after the polls close at 8 p.m. Here's what you can expect results-wise:

  • 8:05 p.m.: results from Vote by Mail and Mail Ballot Precincts
  • 9:00 p.m.: results from Voting Center Ballots
  • 9:30 p.m.and each half-hour until complete: results from Polling Place eSlate ballots
