Redwood City Coastal Cleanup Efforts Praised

REDWOOD CITY, CA — San Mateo County is singing the praises of Redwood City volunteers who did their part to help the environment.

The county praised a group of 20 Redwood City Coastal Cleanup volunteers for collecting 187.22 pounds of trash.

Their collection topped all cities in the county in the Coastal Cleanup 2020 competition, which is being held every Saturday in September.
