Redwood City Library Volunteer Group Holds Valentine’s Book Sale

REDWOOD CITY, CA — A Redwood City volunteer group that works in support of the public library is holding a Valentine’s Day book bag sale.

Friends of the Redwood City is offering bags stuffed with books from multiple categories from children’s books to paperbacks for adults.

The group asks customers to request a topic and its staff will do its best to find the best matching books.

The volunteer group’s staff will make the book bags available for pickup Feb. 13 from 10 a.m. to noon behind the Redwood City Downtown Library (1044 Middlefield Road).

“As always, you can let us know if you like a specific topic or author and we’ll try our best to find the right books for you. All book bags are hand selected and especially prepared for you,” the group said.
