Redwood City Police Employees Complete Chamber Leadership Program

The 10-month leadership program was held by the San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce.

REDWOOD CITY, CA — Three Redwood City Police Department employees completed a community leadership program, the agency said.

The 10-month leadership program held by the San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce.

The program aims to instill help participants gain an understanding of their community and how it functions, develop civic engagement and creating a positive presence as community partners.

Management Analysist Jenny Stahler, Detective David Denning and Officer Sam Sanchez were the employees who completed the program.

“We hope to continue sharpening the skills of our officers and professional staff through opportunities such as these to build our future leaders in the community," the agency said in a statement on its Facebook page.
