Redwood City Police Tout 'Loving Solutions Class' for Parents of Children with Behavioral Issues
The Loving Solutions course is a series of 12 sessions made specifically for parents who have children with difficult behavior issues.

The Redwood City Police Department is pleased to announce the upcoming Loving Solutions Class for parents of children between the ages of 5 to 10 years old who are experiencing behavior issues.
The Loving Solutions Class is part of the nationally acclaimed Parent Project curriculum and will be a significant addition to the Parent Project classes we currently teach.
The Loving Solutions course is a series of 12 sessions made specifically for parents who have children with difficult behavior issues. Classes are held once a week for three hours.

Sessions train parents to reduce family conflict, give positive praise and prepare parents to address problematic behavior.
Redwood City Police Chief JR Gamez recognizes the importance of the Parent Project classes and is excited to bring the Loving Solutions program to our community. Classes are facilitated by members of the Redwood City Police Department who have received specialized training and are certified Parent Project instructors.

Interested participants will need to register for the course by calling our Juvenile Services Unit (650) 780-7195. Classes begin on Wednesday, September 7, 2016.
