At-Risk Man Reported Missing In Redwood City: Police
Police sent out an alert for a missing person they said is at risk due to their mental health.
REDWOOD CITY, CA — Police are searching for a 33-year-old man who was reported missing Sunday morning in Redwood City.
The Redwood City Police Department sent out an alert at around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday stating Samuel Timothyuzel Howard was reported missing.
Police described him as a Black man who is 5 feet 9 inches, 240 pounds with black hair and black eyes.
