SILVER ALERT: CHP Seeks Help Finding Missing San Mateo Co. Man, 87
The man hasn't been seen since Thursday morning, officials say.

The California Highway Patrol has activated a Silver Alert in an effort to locate an 87-year-old San Mateo County man last seen Thursday morning in Dunsmuir, officials said.
Paul Merrill was last seen around 10 a.m. driving a silver 1956 Mercedes with the license plate number EZX295 and a Stanford license plate frame.

He is described as an older white man about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing about 165 pounds.
He was wearing a green jacket, a brown plaid shirt, khaki pants, tan boat shoes, and possibly a blue sailor’s hat, CHP officials said.
