Snow Report For Peninsula Residents Headed To Tahoe: April 12
Two new storms are bringing more snow to the mountains this week. Officials ask drivers to bring chains and expect delays.

Snow has been falling in the Sierra since the beginning of the week, and another foot is predicted for Truckee and Tahoe through Friday. Forecasters say temperatures will rise in time for the weekend.
Residents from the peninsula hope to head to the mountains to enjoy the piles of fresh powder but drivers are urged to check the road conditions before hitting the road. Officials ask drivers to bring chains and expect delays.
