Tuesday Tea at Little House

On Mission to Ethiopia. It’s All About Love.

Join Little House Program Manager, Julie Scales, and Silicon Valley Cardiologist, Hardwin Mead, as they take you on their medical mission in Ethiopia. This special slide show presentation will highlight the two week journey in conjunction with the Menlo Park Presbyterian Church and the Ethiopian Aids Care and Treatment Project “ACT,” and their work caring for the people of Ethiopia who are impacted by AIDS. We invite you to come listen to the experience of a lifetime and learn how it was more than helping those in need; it was all about love.

About the speakers: Beyond her duties at Little House, Julie is a California Certified Medical Assistant and has found passion in helping others. As a physician who enjoys the interaction with the innovators in medical technology, Hardwin has been on the advisory or executive boards of 5 cardiovascular device companies. Despite this specialization, caring for patients with all varieties of cardiovascular problems remains his focus.
