Update: Police Arrest Burger King Shooter
The suspect is now in custody for attempted murder.

A at a parking lot rattled the Fair Oaks community back in December. On Thursday, found suspect Frank Dryden, 35, in an unincorporated Hayward residence and took him into custody.
On Dec. 4, officers responded to a call to the Burger King at 2201 Middlefield Road. They found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds.

Investigators say the suspects had attempted to rob the victims before shooting them.

Dryden was booked into Alameda County Jail for attempted murder.
