Update: Police Arrest Burger King Shooter

A at a parking lot rattled the Fair Oaks community back in December. On Thursday, found suspect Frank Dryden, 35, in an unincorporated Hayward residence and took him into custody.

On Dec. 4, officers responded to a call to the Burger King at 2201 Middlefield Road. They found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds.

Investigators say the suspects had attempted to rob the victims before shooting them.

that there was more than one suspect in the parking lot. The suspects fled on foot to a white Buick with tinted windows after police began firing on them.

Dryden was booked into Alameda County Jail for attempted murder.
