The League of Women Voters hosted this free forum to encourage voters to get engaged and make informed decisions. The League also partnered with Patch to reach a larger online audience who could not physically make it to the forum.

• Who are community partnerships that the district has? Share what programs are supported, examples of ones you like, and tell of any new ones you like.
• How will the district restore and preserve arts, music and P.E. in this budget atmosphere?
• What happened to the teachers who chaperoned the ? Is this lack of information an example of district transparency?
• Is the district using or considering online packages such as Khan Academy, [an online database of free educational videos]?
• Is there a correlation between high quality education and high property values? Is that a reason for families without school education age children to support a parcel tax?
