Video: K-8 School Board Members Thank Community for Their Vote

The incumbent slate of , and were jubilant after learning of at an Election Party hosted by Vice Mayor Alicia Aguirre.

But that doesn’t mean their job on the board gets any easier over the next four years.

The three incumbents mentioned the difficult relationship with the state that lies ahead. The board has repeatedly lamented the state provides the district.

Though the boardmembers candidly point to the tough decisions in the district, they just as quickly thank the community for the opportunity to better the lives of the students.
