Volunteer Opportunity--Help Local Children Improve their Ability to Read (1hr per week)
Reading Partners is looking for volunteer tutors who want to make life changing impacts in the lives of local elementary school students!

What: Change a student’s life and join us in the literacy movement by becoming a volunteer tutor with Reading Partners today! Previous tutoring experience is not required.
Where: There are seven different locations in the Redwood City area to volunteer.
By becoming a reading partner, and volunteering as little as one hour a week, you can help a child strengthen their reading skills, build confidence, and discover a passion for reading. We’ll provide ongoing support and a structured curriculum to help you become an effective tutor.

Literacy unlocks opportunity! Over the past decade, volunteer reading partners like you have helped students become confident readers by using the Reading Partners curriculum. Our volunteers make a huge impact in the lives of their students. By sharing their passion and knowledge, tutors become mentors, friends, and more to their students.
