When I Grow Up- A STEM Career Event
Have you ever wanted to go to NASA? Here is your chance to see one of the coolest places ever!
What do you want to be when you grow up? Interested in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) and environmental careers? Come participate in hands-on activities led by professional women representing the 21st century workforce and deepen your interests and achieve your goals. Discover the challenges faced by women in male-dominated fields and what they have done to overcome the stereotypes they encountered. There will be special workshops for girls in 6-12 grade.
Please Note: This event is for all ages K-12. Adults can also attend!
Cost per person: $15
Please note: For non-Girl Scouts attending please enter “00000” under troop when registering. You will need to pay an additional $15 per Non-Girl Scout.
