Wind Advisory Issued for Redwood City, Woodside, Peninsula as New Storms Near
BREAKING: A system producing heavy rain and gusty winds is on its way.

BAY AREA, CA – The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for the San Francisco Bay Area that will take effect Wednesday.
The advisory will be in place from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. Wednesday, weather service officials said.
The National Weather Service is reporting that a strong cold front will pass over the Bay Area Wednesday afternoon and evening, bringing rainfall and a period of strong winds. Wind gusts could reach 50 mph near the coast and in the hills, with frequent gusts of 40 to 45 mph possibly in lower elevations.
