• California Family Seeks Answers After 63-Year-Old Man Is Found Dead at City Park (people.com) — Rialto police are investigating the suspicious death of 63-year-old Jose De Jesus Arriaga Loza, found early Sunday at Rialto City Park with facial injuries and his belongings discarded in a trash can. Detectives say robbery doesn’t appear to be a factor and are reviewing possible scenarios while his grieving family seeks answers. Investigators are asking anyone in the community with information or relevant video to contact the Rialto Police Department. 
• Eisenhower High School graduate receives Think Together scholarship (sbsun.com) — A recent Eisenhower High School graduate from Rialto has earned a $3,000 Beyond Think Together scholarship, highlighting local students’ success in college and career pathways. After immigrating from Ghana, she found support through Think Together programs, and Rialto Unified’s superintendent publicly thanked the nonprofit for investing in students like her. The scholarship will help her pursue a path toward becoming a cardiac surgeon.
