Supporting Medicare-Eligible Adults with Anxiety, Depression, Grief & Life Changes 💙

Inspired by supporting my own aging parent — helping others facing anxiety, depression, grief & major life changes 💙

Hi neighbors — I’m Mary. I cared for my mother as she went through anxiety, depression, and some very difficult life transitions. During that time, I realized how hard it can be for older adults to find mental health support — especially when mobility is limited or appointments are weeks away.

If you or someone you love is:

• Withdrawing or losing interest in things
• Feeling anxious, sad, overwhelmed, stressed or not feeling like yourself lately
• Struggling with grief or caregiving stress
• Having trouble adjusting to health or life changes

You’re not alone — and support does exist.

I now help connect Medicare-eligible adults with licensed clinicians who provide therapy and psychiatric support through secure telehealth, so care can be received from home.

These clinicians accept Medicare assignment, meaning Medicare (and any supplemental insurance) is billed directly. Standard copays or deductibles may apply, depending on your plan. No upfront payment is required.

If you’d like information (no pressure at all), I’m happy to share. 💙
Just comment INFO or send me a private message if that feels more comfortable.

We’re all navigating life together — and none of us should have to do it alone.

Warmly,
