OAKLAND, CA Two police officers and a third person were injured in a car crash in East Oakland early this morning, police said.  The officers were driving their patrol vehicle south on 14th Avenue approaching Foothill Boulevard at 3:31 a.m. when it collided with a vehicle that was traveling west on Foothill Boulevard, according to police.  The officers and person in the other car were transported to hospitals to be treated for their injuries, police said.  The two officers were in the process of being released late this morning but police didn't provide an update on the other person.  — Bay City News; Image via Shutterstock
