Man's Ear Bit Off: Suspect Arrested, Police Say
Police report that an argument between two men escalated.
OAKLAND, CA — One man was arrested after biting another man's ear off on Sunday evening in Oakland, according to police.
The incident was reported at 6:21 p.m. in the 1700 block of 10th Avenue, police said. The two men were arguing when it escalated to the point where the suspect bit the victim's ear off.
The victim was transported to a hospital and was in stable condition as of Monday morning.
