Mechanical Issue Knocks Trains Out-of-Service

BART's connector trains to Oakland Airport weren't running Wednesday morning.

BART’s Oakland Airport Connector train has resumed service after mechanical issues shut it down earlier this morning, according to the agency.

BART officials issued an advisory shortly after 8:15 a.m. about the service disruption on the rail line between Oakland International Airport and the Coliseum station. At about 10 a.m., BART officials said the service had resumed.

Alameda-Contra Costa Transit buses provided service between the station and the airport during the service disruption.
