Oakland Man Stabbed To Death Wednesday Night
Police arrested one man in connection to the killing.
OAKLAND, CA — A man was fatally stabbed in Oakland's Uptown district on Wednesday night, police said today.
Officers responded to the 2100 block of San Pablo Avenue, near the Greyhound bus station, at about 8:55 p.m. Wednesday after they received a report of a stabbing and found a man who was suffering from multiple stab wounds, according to police.
The victim, an Oakland resident, was transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead, police said.

Investigating officers then arrested a man who doesn't live in Oakland in connection with the fatal stabbing, according to police.
Police aren't yet releasing the victim's name because his next of kin haven't yet been notified of the death and they also aren't releasing the suspect's name at this time.
