1 Killed in Rohnert Park Expressway Crash

The impact sheared in half one of the vehicles involved, police said.

ROHNERT PARK, CA – One individual was killed and a vehicle split in half following a collision early Friday in Rohnert Park, according to authorities.

The two-car crash was reported at about 1:10 a.m. at the intersection of Rohnert Park Expressway and Country Club Drive, the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety said.

The fatality victim was the driver of the vehicle left in two pieces, police said.

No information was immediately available on the condition of the other motorist, and the name of the deceased was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
