2 Arrested Following High-Speed Pursuit on Highway 101
The arrests, made north of Petaluma, were of two San Francisco residents, CHP said.

Two San Francisco residents were arrested after a high-speed vehicle pursuit on U.S. Highway 101 north of Petaluma Saturday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Around 6:50 a.m., a CHP officer patrolling northbound Highway 101 saw a silver Audi sedan in front of him driving at high speeds, CHP officials said. The officer tried to move past the Audi as the man passed multiple cars on the right shoulder, according to the CHP.
The driver of the Audi then fled at speeds of more than 100 mph as the officer tried to conduct a traffic stop, CHP officials said. The chase continued north until the man exited at Baker Avenue, went south on Santa Rosa Avenue and attempted to enter northbound Highway 101 again at Yolanda Avenue, according to the CHP.
