Alleged DUI Driver Gets Stuck On Rohnert Park SMART Tracks
BREAKING: Public safety officials said her vehicle stopped 70 feet down the tracks and got stuck parallel on one of the rails.

ROHNERT PARK, CA — A Santa Rosa woman Saturday afternoon allegedly drove under the influence and got her vehicle stuck on the Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit tracks in Rohnert Park, public safety officials said. At about 3:20 p.m., 23-year-old Tyra Ingalls allegedly drove onto the tracks north of the Rohnert Park Expressway.
Ingalls allegedly told public safety officials that she was driving west on the expressway when another vehicle swerved and caused her to leave the road.
Public safety officials said Ingalls' vehicle stopped 70 feet down the tracks and got stuck parallel on one of the rails.

Train officials stopped all train service so no one was hurt.
Trains were held at the Cotati station while Ingalls' vehicle was towed off the tracks.

Investigators allege that Ingalls was driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Public safety officials said Ingalls' blood alcohol level was 0.263 percent, which is more than three times the legal limit.
Ingalls was arrested and taken to the county jail. Her bail was set at $10,000.
