Apartment Resident Helps Snag Maintenance Worker For Stealing Meds in Sonoma County
The suspect was arrested for alleged thefts of medication from the Petaluma residence.

A maintenance worker at a Petaluma apartment complex was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing medications from a resident, Petaluma police said.
The resident of the Baywood Arms Apartments at 1136 Baywood Dr. told police he had reported the thefts of medication from his residence on March 7 and March 26, police said. The victim, however, asked police not to continue their investigation because he wanted to catch the suspect with surveillance equipment, police said.
The victim called police Wednesday to report he succeeded, police said. After watching the video and speaking to the victim, Officer John Antonio arrested maintenance worker Gordon Hart, 53, for burglary, police said.
