Armed Cloverdale Man Allegedly Chases Wife Around Santa Cruz-Area Parking Lot At 1 A.M.
The 34-year-old was arrested on suspicion of brandishing a firearm and possession of a concealed firearm in a vehicle.

A Cloverdale man was arrested this morning after police said he was involved in a domestic disturbance in Scotts Valley in which he brandished a firearm.
Newell Scott Jensen, 34, was arrested on suspicion of brandishing a firearm and possession of a concealed firearm in a vehicle. Police responded at 1 a.m. this morning to a domestic disturbance in the parking lot of the Kings Village shopping center.
The victim called 911 and reported her husband was chasing her, and she was hiding behind a building, police said.

Police located the victim, and she told them her husband, who had fled the area, had a shotgun with him in his vehicle.
Officers located the vehicle, conducted a high-risk extraction of Jensen, and located a concealed shotgun, police said. Police also found shotgun ammunition and rope.
