During the pursuit in east Santa Rosa, the driver weaved in and out of traffic lanes and drove through several red lights and stop signs, according to Linscomb.

The driver, identified as Santa Rosa resident Jose Manuel Carbera-Infante, stopped and surrendered at Montgomery and Jackson drives.

Officers found his driver's license was suspended and there was methamphetamine and an open beer container in the vehicle, Linscomb said.

Cabrera-Infante was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and violating several probations for prior drug cases, Linscomb said.
