Sonoma State University Dept. of Theatre Arts & Dance presents "Blur,"
directed by Jennifer King. Performances are presented Oct. 17 to Oct. 26, 2013
at Studio 76 in Ives Hall.
Melanie Marnich's whimsical comedy "Blur" tells the story of a young woman
losing her sight due to a genetic disease.
As blindness unravels 17-year-old Dot Di Prima's life, she discovers the
special kind of vision she'll need to thrive and forge relationships with
spirit, humor and hope as she adapts to being guided by her heart rather than
her sight.
A special performance will be translated by audio
describer Andrea Day for the sight-impaired 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013.
