City’s Responce to G Sections Elevated Playground Structure

Total lies in their response. The Safety issues are not fixes, and here is a list of them that are still in place.
No site drainage at all, 8’ Fall Heights, 6’ Landing Zones at end of 8’ tall Slides that Require a 8’ Landing Zone, obstacles at bases of climbing structures to land on if kids fall, open paths on elevated platforms allow kids to walk right off the 7’ high platform. The access isn’t restricted to stop Toddlers from walking off the Elevated Playground Structure. The warning Stickers are 2” x 5” x 1 1/2” in size. Parents are putting their Toddlers on the Elevated Playground Structure where they are subjected to the elevations.
The Lack Of Site Drainage is a Big Health Issue, And is the Number one hidden danger. All the Photos are there to prove that I am right, and I will meet anyone on the site with all my videos and photos of the current code and safety violations.
In regards to my Three CB Radio Antennas there isn’t any Code for CB Radios, Just Ham Radio Stations. They tried to make up their own code and say the Ham Operators don’t need a Conditional Use Permit as stated in the RPMC, but changed it on the Fly to say CB Radio Operators are all Banned in the City. This is also on video and on utube. Jay Bradford came to my house and did a code inspection and say why I had three CB Radio Antennas due to my Disablities and the fact I use them so I don’t have to change the cables. There are hundreds of homes with multiple antennas in the city, to which I showed them pictures of the homes and the streets that they are on. I also showed them hundreds of code violations for RVs Parked on Front Lawns, but that’s ok.
Also the City’s Non Operational G Sections Stormwater Drainage System has been backed up for years and deposits Hazardous materials washed down from the streets and puts it where our kids play in the dirt. They are there right now playing in the Contaminated Sediment.
Now as to the Elevated Playground Structure not being to UBC codes, no rebar was used at all, the cement for the Elevated steps was Quick Crete Fence Post Bags placed in the hole dry, then water added on top of it. This doesn’t meet the 3,000 lb concrete mix design for any construction. Plus the fact that no rebar was used to support the concrete from breaking open. They drilled the holes in the Contaminated, non Compactable material, pounded the bottom of the hole with a hand tamper to get the right depth that they needed for the equipment, then put a Decritive sandstone brick (8” x 8” x 1 1/2”) to sit the metal base on, then poured the Quick Crete in the hole. NOT TO ANY UBC CODES!
Now Tom from the City’s Maintenance Dept. and I met on the site and he also stated that he whittnessed them installing the equipment that way. I also showed him where the old drain line uses to come out, and he dug it up to locate it. Of coarse it doesn’t work as the pictures show the whole site fill of water after a rain storm. Then they waited three weeks for the water to drain, but it never did. So they covered it up with the Redwood Bark. I have all the photos that show the time line and the fact that the site won’t drain at all.
The site is open 24/7 and has no lighting for the Elevated Playground Structure, just the walkways in the area, but not the Playground.
Anyone wanting the copies of the proof that the city is not telling the truth to you all, they are available.
As for the Contaminated Stormwater Drainage System Discharging At the Playground area where the kids are all ready starting to play in it, go look for yourself.
