Ever thought about sweetening up your folklore?
Of course you have.
Who doesn’t enjoy a sweet treat? And add in a cup of milk or tea and we’re all sold.
Here’s one folklore delicacy to set your sweet tooth a buzz.
Crazy Girls Cookies – created by two very talented literary women, Wendy VanHatten and Anna Campbell - bakes up monthly mouth-watering treats and personal cookie stories. Admittedly they have fallen in love with baking, especially cookies and with sharing baking related tales.

Why cookies? Well, according to the Crazy Girls they are well liked, easy to make and delicious with just about any drink, especially wine! Both women learned recipes from their grandmothers and aunts and this is what makes cookie baking a special family tradition for each of them. At Christmas time especially they bake dozens of these holiday goodies.
They also both confess to loving to experiment when they bake. I do, too, however, it usually isn’t a choice. It’s an accident, but who’s really keeping track? A couple of their recommendations for last minute ingredients include cake batter and mocha powder. Whether you’re turning your chocolate chip cookie into a dreamy cake explosion or adding a little flair to your double chocolate fudge cookies, according to these two you can never go wrong… unless, of course, you grab the salt instead of the sugar!
